This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a movement education series designed to help you move better, recover faster, and avoid injury. Whether you’re lifting heavy, sitting long hours, or just feeling stiff and sore, this 5-week series will help you reconnect with your body and build long-term resilience.

Every session blends mobility drills, joint care, mindful stretching, and foundational yoga—all taught in a workshop-style format that breaks down the why behind each movement so you leave stronger and smarter.

🔁 How It Works: Monthly Progressive Blocks

Each block runs for 4 weeks with sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Classes stay consistent within each block, so your body has time to adapt and progress safely. Each new block explores different themes—such as shoulder health, core control, spinal mobility, or hip stability—often building on the previous series.

💡 Perfect for beginners, weightlifters, yogis, and anyone managing tightness or past injuries.

🗓 Weekly Focus

  • Tuesdays – Upper Body Mobility & Desk Recovery
    Gentle, dynamic drills to release tension from the shoulders, neck, wrists, and upper spine.
    Common injuries addressed: shoulder impingement, wrist strain, thoracic immobility.

  • Wednesdays – Hatha Yoga Foundations (Workshop Style)
    Pose-by-pose breakdowns with breathing techniques and hands-on alignment guidance.
    Focus: building safe habits, protecting joints, preventing overstretching or imbalance.

  • Thursdays – Lower Body Mobility & Strength
    Dynamic hip, knee, and ankle mobility with strength-focused stretches to improve lower-body movement patterns.
    Common injuries addressed: tight hips, knee tracking issues, limited ankle dorsiflexion.
